For larger-size properties with broad cleaning needs, we now offer camera-enabled cell phones. Our staff members will be prepared to communicate immediately and effectively with our supervisors, or yours, by voice and picture, during regular working hours. When we say we are the eyes and ears to property managers, we really mean it!
Some of our regular services include:
- On-call building caretaker, according to your specific needs
- We'll take care of such tasks as putting up and taking down elevator pads when tenants move, registering tenant security fobs, assisting contractors in to and out of the building, reporting oil spots in the parking garage, and much more.
- Suite cleaning when tenants move
- Strip and wax or seal floors (tile, vinyl, etc.)
- Pressure washing
- Light gardening
- Junk removal
- Blinds cleaning
- Handyman services
- Snow removal (see just below for more info)
Snow Removal
If you are a customer with Bar-El, pre-register your property for snow removal. Please note, that as a result of rising labour and fuel costs, we are billing at $47 per hour, plus travel time. Phone 604-831-1125 and talk to Ben, or email us at ben@barelmaintenance.com.
Strata Specialization
We realize taking care of a strata-run building can be difficult. All buildings need special care and so do their owners. That's why we decided to specialize in serving strata-run buildings. By focussing our attention, we are able to provide personalized service. Strata councils get to know us, and we get to know them. And since we offer such an array of services, we can often save strata councils and property managers the hassle of having to find additional contractors for those inevitable maintenance tasks that creep up. In the long-run, Bar-El can simplify your life.
